Quora: Holy Grail of intent or hype?

Two weeks ago I posted Quora leapfrogs Google, Mahalo, LinkedIn & Yahoo Answers. One step closer to John Battelle’s Database of Intentions .

While researching the post, I stumbled across a post from Saneel Radia, the Director of Innovation at BBH New York. The post, The answer to this Quora? No. , started by saying “So, I guess it was inevitable that I’d hate it. To clarify, it’s not that I don’t like Quora. It’s that I hate it and want it wiped off the face of the earth.”

I derive great value from Quora and posted a comment, and to Saneel’s credit, he asked me to guest post a counter view. Have a look at
